As you can tell, we are unsure about some of them, and there are more as well that we couldn't be bothered writing down.
@Scott: Please don't spoil the fun. Point out which ones are wrong, but don't give us the answers.... Oh, and great job with the creativity required for this.
@Everyone else: If you can get any we didn't (or have the names of other bots) please post them.

Pat Ketlawse = Packet Loss probably

Nat Rouder-- NAT Router

They both seem right to me. (updated first post)
Be aware the first post contains only 50 of the bot names. Seeing as you can have a maximum of 255 bots, does this mean there are 255 names?

At least you now got a SERIOUS chance to IMMEDIATELY KILL IT!!

Damn things are quick learners in auto-mode tho

Updated some of them. Not convinced by 'They('ve) Null'
Auto AI difficulty is great fun, I would love to know how this works. (Is there a finite limit to their 'skill' or do they use more processor to give them a better situational awareness/heuristic evaluation, and so their skill is limited by your system?). Very impressive regardless of how it's done.

Guessed incorrectly:
Al Thalon
Anne Kee
Ciel Akkahn
General Proteksinfult - is this one getting cut off in game? :o
Sigmund A Sinfalt
And there are two names yet missing from that list (there are 55 in total, not 255; I'm not that creative).
I couldn't resist doing punny bot names. I had fun coming up with them. I'm glad you're enjoying guessing them.

There is a finite limit to their skill. Each bot has a skill value 0-1, which effects their aim accuracy, their dodge accuracy, their aggressiveness, their persistence, their reaction time, and what tactics they employ, and how much of a disruptive effect taking damage has on their performance (and maybe other parameters that I have forgotten). Their skill value is determined dynamically, from a max value that is either fixed (set skill level) or based on scores (in auto mode), and is then adjusted down based on their "fear" from being outnumbered, damaged, or under fire. They consume roughly the same CPU time regardless of skill. At lower skill there are some tactical functions which are skipped, but this accounts for a fairly small percentage of the AI routines.

Al Thalon = A Talon?
Ciel Akkahn = The Icon?

Nope and nope

Al Thalon = ai Talon?
You can't tell lowercase l's from capital i's with this font. So AI is in lowercase.
