Well, I only played the demo once but if it's anything like the beta you control the number of bots in the "New Game" dialog under "Configure Game" --> "Bots".

Hey Grendel! I said hi in the intro thread, not sure if you saw. Been a while, eh?
Thanks for the tip - the numbers were in black so I assumed that it wasn't changeable there. I feel dumb.
