So I can run the demo on full screen, with all the graphics levels turned all the way up just fine. But with the early access version, the game crashes to the desktop when I run it on full screen. It works just fine in windowed mode. I'm not real sure what to do to fix this. I don't have this problem with any other application. Any suggestions?
Intel i7 4700MQ
8 GB DDR3 1600MHZ
nvidia GeForce GT 740M
SOLVED: Reinstalled current nvidia drivers 331.93, this didn't solve the issue though.
Used iobit uninstaller to completely uninstall Talon using the powerful uninstall option, then reinstalled. Game is working just fine now

First thing I'd like to ask:
Did you uninstall the demo version prior to the installation of the full version? If not: Uninstall it all, and create a fresh installation - ideally to a new folder.
Something was changed in the software related to your issue between Demo and Full version.
Let us know how it goes! Good luck!

Question: Did you by chance install the game into the same folder as the demo? This bug happens as a result of old profile/config files remaining from a prior version of the game (the Demo is based on an older Beta version of the game), but it should not be a problem unless the old version was installed in the same folder.

Same problem here. I removed the old talon installation first, and then installed the 1.0 into a different folder. I made a completley new pilot file then, still crashes in fullsceen. On my other system this doesn't happen
Edit: Now i made the same procedure as CommandoRash, and there were some replays left in some folder. I deleted everything and now it works fine

Why don't you tag the profile/config file with the version number it comes from. If you know there is a problem with config files from previous versions, based on a simple version comparision you could simply ignore some of the critical settings leading to the crash.

I was so excited to play the game that I just installed it without removing the demo, I'm not on my laptop right now so I can't confirm if it was installed into the same folder as the demo, but I didn't change anything when I installed either, so they went to wherever the default folder is.

That is strange. The Demo should default to "Talon Demo" folder, so there should be no conflict.
